Steve specializes in strategic brand management research. Steve has extensive qualitative research experience particularly using focus groups, ethnographic research and one-on-one executive interviews. Steven conducts 100+ focus groups per year for a wide variety of clients. Steve’s post-graduate education includes a certificate in social marketing from York University and UBC’s Internet Marketing Program.
