He specializes in assisting organizations with their strategic planning for communicating and engaging. Michael has implemented reputation research on five continents. He is adept at providing the framework for insightful conversations, whether facilitating board level strategic planning, senior leadership team planning or public facing focus groups to explore range of opinion, gather information and test assumptions.
Michael has won numerous awards for excellence in his field: Canadian Public Relations Society National Award of Excellence Electronic & Social Media; Hermes Platinum Award; Hermes Platinum Award 2010, IABC Award of Excellence for Government Relations; IABC Silver Leaf for Issues Management.
Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Royal Roads University (RRU) and is completing RRU’s Masters of Arts in Communications.
