BC Liberals maintain lead over BC NDP since election
Vancouver B.C. (27 Jan 2014) – Eight months after their election victory, the BC Liberals maintain a narrow lead over the BC NDP. Support for the BC Liberals stands at 37% of decided voters and BC NDP support stands at 35%. BC Green and BC Conservatives stand at 19% and 7% respectively.
BC Greens support reflects the party’s potential if a Green candidate ran in all ridings. Support for the Green Party is highest among younger voters, aged 18 to 34 years.
These are the findings of a Justason Market Intelligence Inc. poll of 600 adult British Columbians. The final weighted data set matches the regional distributions and demographic characteristics of British Columbia according to the most recent census.
