Vancouver B.C. (27 Sep 2013) – A September 2013 survey of Vancouver residents by Justason Market Intelligence finds support for governing Vision Vancouver has fallen to 40% from 47% just over a year ago. Non-partisan Association (NPA), Green, and COPE garner support from 22%, 18% and 16% of decided municipal voters.
Support for the governing Vision Vancouver is highest in the Downtown Peninsula (61%). Support for NPA, on the other hand, is strongest in Vancouver’s West Side (30%). However, even on the West Side, Vision Vancouver predominates, with fully 40% of decided voters expressing support for Vision Vancouver, compared to 30% NPA support.
